Free Opportunity Drawings at Marin Arts & Crafts Show
Marin Arts & Crafts Show will offer several daily free opportunity drawings during the show. Random entries will be drawn multiple times each day during show hours, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday February 23-25, 2024. No purchase is necessary, entrants must be present at time of drawing.
Prizes range from jewelry, earrings, and scarves, to cutting boards, coffee, and jams.
Drawings are open to attendees 18 and older, limit one ticket per person, per day. To enter, simply pick up a ticket at the show registration table during open show hours at 10 Avenue of the Flags, San Rafael, CA. Drawings open at 10am on Friday, February 23, and close at 4pm on Sunday, February 25, 2024.
Terms & Conditions
The free opportunity drawing (“Drawing”) is open to people aged 18 and over who attend the Marin Arts & Crafts Show. The drawing is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Employees or agencies of Garan-Beadagio, LLC ("We", “Us”) its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Drawing (including exhibitors of the Marin Arts & Crafts Show) may not enter the Drawing. Entrants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails and/or postcards from us containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
To enter the drawing, you must pick up your ticket in person at the Marin Arts & Crafts Show, and place it into the drawing collection box. No purchase or donation is necessary. If your ticket number is called, you must be present to collect the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be returned to the Exhibitor or a new winner will be selected.
Limit one entry per person, per day. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. We accept no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for entries that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
The closing date of the Drawing is 5:00pm on February 25, 2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. Winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. We accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the event location).
The winning numbers will be called out over Public Address during event show hours, and the winner must be present in order to claim their prize. No other attempt will be made to contact the entrant. If a winner does not respond within 1/2 hour of being notified via public address, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms & Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and we shall be entitled to select another winner.
The prize must be received in person by the winner during show hours. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, other prizes, or other merchandise. We retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Drawing or accepting a prize. We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this drawing with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with obligations where the failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
